Procure Materials
The last step before we lay the foundation for your commercial, education, government, or healthcare building project is the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and the scheduling of the subcontractors who are specialists in their fields. The budget is checked thoroughly in order to ensure building materials stay on-budget, and their arrival is timed perfectly.
Construction Begins!
From site grading to pouring the foundation, our construction project management team gets super excited when construction begins! In essence, they are taking an empty piece of land (or, in the case of an addition or remodel, a shell) and building a beautiful, useful building that will stand for years to come. Framing, roofing, siding, and HVAC quickly follow, and before you know it, your commercial, education, government, or healthcare building project will be complete!
Post-Construction
After the construction phase is complete, it’s time to tidy up and get all the i’s dotted and the t’s crossed. Our team will perform a walkthrough with the customer, looking for anything forgotten or not quite right. We’ll make a list and ensure everything is perfect for your new space. Final inspections will be scheduled for the city and county, and soon, your building will be ready for use.
Warranty
Most reputable commercial contractors offer a warranty on their work. Here at Neenan Archistruction®, we offer a Correction Period for any issues that you find once you’ve moved in and got settled.
