The new two-story, 21,256 square-foot music venue is almost twice the size of the former 11,000 square-foot building that once stood in its place. The facility has been renovated to include a performance space capable of accommodating a 900-person audience, mix station, two-level lobby and two full-service bars.

Designed to give audiences a quality experience with excellent sound and sight lines, the new venue features contemporary music from all genres, including local, regional, national, and international acts. The venue honors the building’s history by retaining the name Washington’s, preserving some of the original architecture, and by incorporating several nostalgic artifacts that existed in the space prior to its renovation.
