Water Dance is a 33 acre, master planned, residential, resort community in Summit County. It lies along the shore of Lake Dillon in the heart of Colorado Ski Country.
Phase-I included 38 townhomes that were sold for $250,000 to $375,000. The exterior of the townhomes is composed of log siding, synthetic stucco and native moss rock. The interior is of quality finishings and appliances.
Phase-II and III consist of 55 single family home sites.
The Neenan Company served as general contractor for Phase-I, and construction consultant for Phases-II and III. The architect was Gwathmey, Pratt, Schulz of Vail, and the land planner was Peter Jamar Associates, also of Vail, Colorado
